The size of our firm allows us to offer a full line of professional services without compromising closer personal attention. We believe that every engagement are staffed by personnel who are thoroughly acquainted with your company, your problems, and your people.
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
We are committed to quality within our firm and test that quality and report the results to you. We are members of the PCPS – Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. One requirement of membership in the Section is a peer review of our quality controls, conducted by specially trained CPAs from other firms, once every three years. The results of this examination are available to the public and our website. We would be pleased to provide you a copy of our most recent peer review report. An integral part of maintaining quality is our commitment to provide a minimum of 40 hours per year of continuing professional education for all members of our professional staff. This allows our people to maintain their technical, management and interpersonal skills. We continually check for independence, conduct internal inspections of the work being performed, and routinely demand closer supervision of all engagements.
Our fee structure is competitive with other CPA firms. Each assignment is carefully budgeted based on work required. Time reports are maintained and a complete reporting and follow-up system is in effect at all times. It is our policy to discuss our estimated fees with prospective clients prior to commencing the engagement and to confirm with them in writing if a relationship is established.
